• Payment Information: Billing address, payment history (credit card information is managed by payment processors)

Uploaded images and data extraction processing results are stored indefinitely as long as your account is active. However, for free plan members, data may be deleted if there has been no login for one year. Users can delete their data at any time.

After account termination, User data will be retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted. Account information and usage history may be retained for the period required by law, or for the period necessary for service improvement and fraud prevention.

Users can request deletion of their uploaded data through the account settings page.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its security. Communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS, and data is managed with appropriate access controls. Passwords are stored using irreversible encryption.

We use AI technology for data extraction. Uploaded files are processed by AI models.

Files uploaded by users and extracted data are not used to train or improve AI models by us or our AI service provider. Under the service provider's data processing terms, data submitted through the API is not used for training purposes.

Our Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. Persons under 16 should not use the Service without parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 16, we will promptly delete such information.

We may transfer and store your personal information on servers located outside of Japan to provide our Service. In such cases, we will implement appropriate safeguards and comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.
